In line with the orientations mentioned in the Intent section, this site and its forum establish connections between learning, knowing, believing, doing and committing oneself for Christ, His cause, His mission, His work, operating through our lives.
Any attempt I make on this site to establish such connections aims at applying 2 Peter 1:5-7, where the Spirit encourages us to “make every effort to supplement [our] faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness, and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love” (2 Peter 1:5-7, English Standard Version).
Moreover, the tone adopted and encouraged on this site and its forum are those to which the Spirit of God Himself invites us that when we give reason to our hope, we do so “with gentleness and respect, having a good conscience” (1 Peter 3:15, ESV).
